 Prompt Response: Due to daylight savings time, I’ve found myself in an inconvenient situation that disrupts my daily routine. While I understand the significance of daylight savings time, it significantly impacts my productivity. I end up getting less sleep because of the new time schedule. Although I’ve adapted to this change multiple times before, the constant cycle of changing time is not something I enjoy. While my productivity does experience slight fluctuations, my mood remains unchanged. As for my daily habits, they’ve remained the same without any modification.

Summary: In today's class, we read and completed a short assignment for Chapter 6 of the “Into the Wild" novel.

Reflection: Reflecting on this, despite the inconvenience of the time change, I realize that it won’t take long before I get used to the new schedule. The initial phase is always challenging, but with persistence, it becomes easier to adapt.
