Prompt Response: Connection question 2, Reflect on an experience where you felt confident in your abilities. How did that confidence influence your choices or effort? Confidence made me more willing to pursue making 3-D CAD designs on an upscaled software; however, due to my inexperience and the difficulty of understanding how new tools would work for the software, each of my projects was left underwhelming. Well, I had previously worked many times with a CAD software called TinkerCAD; I have truly made very impressive things in that software. However, once required to move to something similar in premise but different in execution, I tend to get overconfident in my abilities, thus making me not perform as well as I typically would.


Summary: In today's class, we performed our assignment orally and we're able to properly formulate our ideas into well-thought-out answers.

Reflection: Reflecting on this, while I don’t consider myself overly confident, I frequently encounter the recurring issue of not taking certain matters seriously simply because I’ve encountered a similar situation in the past. This is a flaw that I believe will be rectified over time.

  Prompt Response:  To make the most of my day despite being busy, I divide my tasks into intervals. Based on my food intake, I set a timer for 30 minutes. During this time, I eat and scroll through social media. Afterward, I switch to work and take care of my responsibilities. By managing my time effectively, I can enjoy my day according to my preferences. Summary: Today in class, we finished our argumentative claim on the topic of morality. Reflection: Reflecting on this, I try my very best to manage my time accordingly, that way I can properly enjoy the things I have to do without hassle or wasting time. And if I unfortunately don't manage my time accordingly, I will miss out on what I have to do simply because I choose to do it first rather than making what is important a priority.

  Prompt Response:   The Bible is a very significant thing in my life. It is literally the reason for my existence. And while that may seem like a big exaggeration, I have spent years growing closer, and simultaneously moving away from God. But the determination I feel in becoming a faithful steward to him is leading me to become a better person for myself, the people I love, and most importantly, the Lord. And when I see and hear scripture, it fills me with understanding and makes me whole. Summary:   Today in class, we read and discussed a Navajo Creation Myth. Reflection: The Navajo Creation Myth helped me to understand the thought process behind Native American myths. It also helped me to understand its cultural significance and how it impacts the modern world today. Many things would be different if myths weren’t a thing.
