When you are in a mood that you do not like, what are some strategies that you use to change your mood?

Prompt Response: When I find myself in a mood I dislike, I simply close my eyes and go to sleep. Negative feelings don’t dissipate so easily, but I find myself becoming calmer when I rest. Over time, the feeling gradually fades, leaving me well-rested and calmer. I’ve used this strategy for a long time, and it has consistently helped me. While it may not be the most effective method for changing one’s mood, I find it to be very helpful and beneficial for the mind.

Summary: In today's class, we completed two common lit assignments.

Reflection: Reflecting on this, it is very easy for us as humans to hold grudges. But sometimes we need to take a step back, close our eyes and let the feelings slip away.
